I had problems selling off my the Sail @ Marina Bay for at least 6months. After a discussion and Lester had explained to me very clearly how does this market works. In Order to get the best possible price, the only key is "Speed" (Lester's tagline) When we first reached singapore, we had a very bad experience with the Owner (Landlord) due to a irresponsible agent.
